Pre-filling, the December reopening window and click-days: mark these dates on your calendar.

October 23 – December 7, 2026

Pre-filling

From 9:00 AM on October 23 to 8:00 PM on December 7, 2026, on the ALI Services Portal. The portal is open on holidays too, with no time restrictions.

December 9 – 13, 2026 (one week)

December Reopening

No new applications can be entered: you can only complete and save applications already pre-filled, moving them to the "ready to send" status.

A-Bis – Domestic Assistance (Housekeepers & Caregivers)

14,000 reserved places for hiring domestic workers and family caregivers. Income requirement: at least €20,000 (single-person household) or €27,000 (household with multiple cohabiting family members). No income requirement for employers with illnesses or disabilities.

A-Bis Document Checklist

SPID or CIE (digital identity) of the employer
Personal PEC (certified email) registered to the employer, published on INAD as digital domicile
ID document and tax code of the employer
Passport and personal data of the foreign worker abroad
Proof of taxable income (CU/730): €20,000 or €27,000 depending on household size
Outcome (or no reply within 8 days) from the request sent to the local Employment Center
Details of the domestic work contract: duties, hours, pay
Declaration/documents on suitable accommodation for the worker
Certification by an authorized professional (not required via signatory employer organizations or for employer disability)

B2020 – Non-Seasonal Employment

76,200 total entries for non-seasonal work (including the 14,000 A-Bis reserve). Requires a minimum taxable income or turnover of €30,000 per year for the employer/company.

Company PEC registered on INI-PEC (or personal PEC on INAD)
Chamber of Commerce registration and company tax data (VAT number)
Proof of minimum taxable income or turnover of €30,000 per year
Passport and personal data of the foreign worker abroad
Employment contract details: qualification, duties, applicable collective agreement (CCNL)
Outcome (or no reply within 8 days) from the mandatory Employment Center verification
Certification by an authorized professional or via a signatory employer organization
Documentation on the worker's accommodation
Documents uploaded as PDF, max 2 MB each

C-Stag – Seasonal Agricultural and Tourism Work

89,000 entries for seasonal work, split between the agricultural sector (click day January 12, 2027) and the tourism sector (click day February 9, 2027).

Employer's PEC, registered on INAD or INI-PEC
Agricultural or tourism business data (VAT number, sector registration)
Passport and personal data of the foreign seasonal worker
Seasonal employment contract within the maximum allowed duration (agricultural or tourism)

Request C-Stag Assistance

Do it without scams: nobody can guarantee you a work permit (nulla osta). Be wary of anyone asking for money for a "reserved spot". With the ATYS course you learn to submit the application yourself, from A to Z, or you can entrust the whole process to us.
